Dr. DiBetta earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, along with a graduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital, where he also served as the resident board member of the National American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. DiBetta was honored with the ACOFP Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year award for his exceptional contributions to the field.

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. Additionally, Dr. DiBetta serves on the executive committees of both the Florida Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society.
